Scam ads listed in CL in various locations across the U.S. Scammer lifted pictures off of a 2018 Ebay Listing where the Casita sold for $12,880.

Craigslist text and pics:

small enough for easy towing but large enough for comfortable living. All the bells and whistles, in fantastic condition. AC. Three slides, full size refrigerator, free standing ice maker, flat screen tv, two bunk beds, a full and twin bed combo, twin size sleeper sofa, a bath and a half. Also has a storage building with a washer and dryer.
