2010 Casita Freedom Deluxe 17' Fully self contained travel trailer. This is our personal travel trailer which we had only use for three times since purchased from first owner.
-We're selling the beautiful Casita because we're picking up our Brand new Escape trailer on Nov 19th.
-There might be a slight delay on the title since we had just paid off the loan.
-This travel trailer is fully equipped with a front wet bath, Side Captain Chairs with a small tables.
Rear Dinette that converts into full size bed, 4" cushions, sleeps up to two people comfortably.
16 gallon fresh water holding tank with a 12 Volt Demand Water System. 12volt Walmart battery, 12v LED interior lighting, Grey/Black water tanks.
- 2-20 lb Propane gas tank that supplies the two burner stove, fridge, Furnace heater and the 6 gallon water heater with electric ignition, all equipment is in working condition, 4.4 cu ft Dometic 3-way fridge, All 12v lighting in the trailer is in working condition.
-New door seal, no water leaks, exterior screw caps all redone/resealed, Chassis has some very minor surface rust. No soft spots on the floor, Never been in any kind of water damage or flood, no interior odor, never been smoked-in, 13500 btu Coleman low profile roof mount ac with electric heater coil built-in. No Gas furnace.

Exterior: No fiberglass damage, gel coat is still very shiny, trailer kept under a carport when it's not being used, We had only used it three times. We wash/clean the whole trailer after each use.
Interior: all original, no cushion stains, No cushion rips, No odors, interior walls are very clean, No plumbing issues, no gas leaks, no water line leaks, only had to winterize once last year.
Running gear/chassis: 3- 15” tires/wheels 9 months old, bearings removed/inspected and re-greased, brakes just got readjusted, Trailer has a Factory high lift suspension installed when it was purchased new.
2” hitch ball required, 7-pin round trailer light plug, electric braking system, all of the LED exterior/Exterior lights are in working condition.
Recent services done: re-sealed Maxx fan vent, replaced grey/black tank top vents, replaced toilet water valve, serviced/clean water heater, added 12v fridge fan, replaced stove vent cover.
