this is a top-of-the-line Casita me and my wife purchased this trailer brand New we was on a five month waiting list at the Casita factory Rice Texas it is in immaculate condition since brand new it’s been garage kept it is fully self-contained with toilet shower upgrades that we did from the factory for built-in stabilizing jacks roof AC roll out awning Cable and Wi-Fi hook up two large propane tanks Electric brakes custom jack gas and propane hot water heater many more options too many to list sleeps two people very comfortably fantastic fan in large AC also have two custom mattresses that we made for sleeping Trailer has horseshoe dinette fridge works of gas electric or battery three burner range that’s never been use microwave once again Trailer is in immaculate condition hardly been used
