2005 Casita Spirit Deluxe. Fully self-contained with all the normal stuff and then some. I have done interior modifications to make this a joy for us to use. I believe, that in its current configuration, it is more like an Independence model than the Spirit. All modifications can be reversed to return it to the Spirit floor plan. The rear bed is now closer to a large twin size with a 10” foam mattress. The left side seating area is a single bed with a 10” foam mattress. Please see the pictures. This allowed for 2, 5 draw cabinets to be installed. See pictures. Again, all of this was accomplished with no permanent changes to the Casita. In the spring of 2022, I installed electric disc brakes and new 215-75R 14 (slightly oversized) tires with new wheels. Best money I ever spent. I have put a lot of time and love into this Casita.
