Bought this as a project for the summer, but my dad passed and I'm not going to have time to get to it. We purchased it from the second owner, haven't camped in it ourselves yet. 

The good:
new furnace
new air conditioner
new hot water heater
new battery
3 new tires
wired for solar

Deluxe with wet bath and convertible bed / dinette.

The bad:
Cracks in the rear plexiglass
It needs a new floor
