1989 Casita Deluxe w/couch bunk beds now known as the Heritage. A/C, refrigerator, water heater, and 2 burner propane stove are all working.  New inverter, mini blinds, TV mount installed, oxygenic shower head, and marine-style toilet paper holder.  The toilet seal was replaced, and the battery is now mounted on the tongue. Super clean.  Asking 10,000.  Video on YouTube was uploaded in 2017 when first purchased, look for 1989 16' Casita Deluxe Quick Tour by Jennifer D.
