Posting our 2016 16ft Scamp trailer. This has been an awesome little trailer, and it’s a true tiny home on wheels, but we are interested in switching over to a smaller truck camper to put on our Tacoma instead. It’s a standard layout 5 with a front bathroom. The table/bench area converts into a bed to sleep two people. This scamp is in great condition and clean. Here’s a list of the key items it has:
-AC/heat
-fridge
-shower
-water heater
-microwave
-max air vent
-sliding bug screen for the door
-awning
-rear hitch
-spare tire
We haven’t had any issues with the trailer. We recently got all the bearings serviced, and the axel is perfectly straight. Trailer weighs right about 2k pounds dry. Title in hand. Located in Boise, ID but willing to potentially deliver or meet in the middle somewhere. Truck not included. Feel free to email me any questions or if you'd like to talk further regarding the trailer. Thanks for looking!

Hello. I am interested! I see you estimate the weight to be 2K, but can you please tell me if you have actually weighed the trailer? Thanks so much,
Carol
Hey Carol, I haven’t weighed it myself. I got that 2k pounds number from my research online. From what I can see online some people get 2500 pound measurements but that looks like only when they have it fully loaded with a lot of gear and tanks full. What’s your tow vehicle if you don’t mind me asking?
Our towing capacity is 2700, but we shouldn't go that high. Debating between 13 and 16. Do you mind sharing your invoice, perhaps I can show it to Scamp and they might be able to help me out.
Is 2700 your max towing weight or the recommended weight? What type of vehicle is it if you don’t mind sharing? I know way too much about tow vehicles and weight ratings so I’m happy to help.
Hi, I will send you an email with details shortly. Thanks for your help!
Carol
