SOLD-Vintage '80s 13' Scamp for Sale - $7500 - Athens, GA

Lovingly restored vintage 13-foot Scamp travel trailer for sale. 1984 is the year, I believe. There is a dinette that turns into a bed, kitchenette, closet and sofa/bed. This Scamp has no propane, no bunks and no bathroom. We loved this Scamp so much that we bought a new 16’ Scamp (‘big Scamp’) last summer and no longer need ‘little Scamp’. Asking $7,500. Cash only.

Some of the things we did during restoration: Replaced wheel bearings (2016) Added super cool baby moon hub caps Replaced tires (2016) Installed new, vintage style, round LED tail lights Replaced cabinet doors and hardware Replaced refrigerator with high efficiency Engel DC fridge (for using off-grid) Replaced subfloor Installed new laminate wood flooring Added cushions Updated electrical wiring and outlets, added USB outlet for charging devices and added LED light over kitchenette Re-plumbed: installed new faucet (for hookups), hand pump (for using off-grid), and 10gallon water tank Repainted surfaces Added a tongue box for storing levelers, tools, porta-potty, etc. Added custom rope and pole awning Installed small air conditioner and Fantastic fan (automatically shuts when it starts to rain!) Added storage organization in closet Extras include: Handmade screen for doorway, curtains, spare tire, 2 leveling jacks, vintage porta-potty (ordered off eBay ...never used by our family), vintage key rack by door, power cord (other décor in photos not included)

Some things we would still do if keeping little Scamp forever: Replace front and back plexi-glass windows and paint exterior Any major issues have been addressed to the best of our knowledge.

With a 35+ year-old camper, there is definitely wear, tear, nicks and dings. Minor issues to note include: the door does not completely seal to the body of the camper (common issue with Scamps) but will shut and lock; there is some damage to the fiberglass shell that we repaired; we recently noticed a small leak in the rear of the trailer that resulted damage in our newly installed subfloor ...the leak has since been located and sealed and we repaired the subfloor with wood hardener; one original light fixture does not work.
