This is Harriet. Harriet is awesome. Very clean, TONS of storage, sleeps 5 and was recently brought into this century by yours truly. Harriet has LVP floors, stainless backsplash, new paint, new hardware, new step ladder with new black water hose, new bumper, new awning fabric and a new ceiling fan. We have all maintenance records, receipts and manuals. Harriet is lightweight and easily towed by our Toyota Tacoma V6. Everything works well. Exterior 8/10, interior is 7/10. She does great in the summer, as well as the snow. We have been the 3rd family to love Harriet and she is ready for a new family. 

Full disclaimer- Harriet has a superficial crack in the sink (we bought her that way) but it does not disrupt function or leak. As with any 20+ year old trailer, she does show some minor wear and tear. Overall, very clean and nice!
