Exterior:

New break-away switch, jack foot and wheel, Upgraded battery to Group 31AGM, new battery box, output quick connectors with 50A fuse & new wiring,replaced and caulked all exterior buttons, screws & caps, Removed all windows, (except shower & door), and installed new caulking and sealant, new BAL jacks, Replaced entire brake assemblies, replaced all wheel bearings and seals, upgraded all tires to Load Range "D", new LED marker and taillights, 120-volt GFCI and 12-volt outlet in refrigerator compartment, new 100-watt solar panel, TV antenna and mounting in bike rack socket, City water filter, pressure regulator and gauge mounted on bumper.

Converted all interior lights to LED, automatic LED lights in wardrobe and upper cabinet,  Autobrake brake controller, treated lumber floor, (removable), in shower with matching toilet lids, new lav sink in bath, TP holder, towel ring and soap/shampoo dispenser in bath, Added 120 v & 12 v receptacles in kitchen sink area, Custom NSF cutting board/sink cover, new RCA 18-inch TV on sliding bracket,  remote freshwater water-level indicator on outside of rear dinette seat, Completely renovated freshwater storage and pump system with new pump, 6 gallon bladder tank, sealed compartment floor, added city water manual fill valve, New 35Amp power converter, surge protector on incoming shore power line, 70 foot shore power cord with storage reel, Atomic clock with indoor & outdoor temps, New Wave3 Olympian heater, SHARP convection microwave, Haire refrigerator.
