Designer-renovated Scamp for sale! This trailer is one-of-a-kind and ready for all your adventures or tiny house living. Road tested, all systems checked and working. This is the second Scamp we have owned and renovated in addition to a 1969 Airstream. We have lived, worked, and traveled extensively in each trailer over the last 5 years and we get to know them well—with all its customizations, this one is quite special. We thought we'd own it forever but have reluctantly decided to sell because we bought a house in Asheville and are expecting our first baby in March.
A few things that make THIS Scamp special include:
(1) custom-built solid oak cabinetry, really cool and efficient storage spaces throughout, WAY better than Scamp factory options
(2) 200 watt integrated solar package, live or travel off the grid
(3) working oven, rarely found in Scamps
(4) simple, efficient composting toilet, forget the messy black tank, this is so much better
(5) A/C unit neatly mounted inside wall--this is nicer than factory roof-mounted ones because it was weighs much less and allows room on roof for solar panels, normally you can only fit one very small panel on a Scamp roof, this Scamp has 2 100-watt panels!
