Brand new condition, only 650 miles, picked up in Rice Texas on January 14, 2020.  Our intent was to explore the Canadian Rockies, but border closings this year unfortunately changed our plans leaving our pretty new Casita under cover and sadly sitting idle! 

It is factory equiped with furnace and heat strip, air-conditioning, aluminum cased patio awning, outside shower/wash station, inside private shower/vanity and toilet room, neutral gray wood-looking vinyl flooring, upgraded 25 gallon fresh water tank, LED interior and exterior lights, upgraded aluminum alloy wheels, upgraded high-lift suspension package with high-lift axle and 15" D rated radial tires, upgraded maintenance free deep cycle battery, electric tongue jack, friction anti-sway control,  video entertainment package with 22" HD TV w/DVD, TV antenna w/amp, cable ready, and the Casita trailer cover. 

We also added Monroe shock absorbers, a rear camera, small microwave oven, bumper storage, exterior patio rug, folding exterior table, and a double size mattress.  We chose to not add the exterior Casita decorative decals, but we have them for you.
