The camper had been used VERY little and the condition is excellent for its age. It has been cleaned and is ready to go. 

Comes with TV, 100 watt solar panel with charge controller, all of the original table pieces and legs, all of the original cushions, a memory foam pad, curtains.  (We no longer have the mini blinds that were originally equipped.) Also included: Lift package. upgraded 25 gallon fresh water, white bumper storage container (for sewer hoses or other items), sway bar, backup camera, original Casita stickers (never installed), and owners manual. 

The original owner never used the toilet, stove, and kitchen sink. We are the second owners and have only taking it out on one longer trip out west, otherwise a couple handfuls of outings locally. The awning has only been put out twice. Everything works perfectly!  Both tires were just replaced with upgraded tires and  have less than 200 mi on them.  New AGM battery last year.   

The Casita is located in Wausau Wisconsin. We are willing to drive halfway to meet for delivery up to 400 miles with an up-front $400, non-refundable deposit which will be applied to purchase price.   No personal checks.  Cash or cashier's check at time of sale, or prearranged bank-to-bank wire transfer.  Non-cash transaction will be verified by issuing bank.
