Has all the extras Casita offers, aluminum awning, fresh water tank upgrade, LED bulbs, 15" aluminum alloy wheels, electric tongue jack, friction anti sway control, folding shelf, high lift suspension package, furnace, video entertainment package,3 way refrigerator AC/DC/Propane, deep cycle AGM battery, solar port, microwave, outside shower. Unit is like new. Stored under travel trailer awning when not in use. Only used it a few times. Wife's health wont allow us to use it anymore.
