2022 17’ Spirit Deluxe. Been on two month long road trips, summer it was bought and summer 2023. Original owner, clean title and everything works properly. AGM battery installed for extended off grid use. Only thing to note is a small gash in the dinette table. It never concerned us as we kept that area always in the bed form but is worth noting if you plan to use area as dinette. It could easily be fixed but I do not presently have the time. Modifications were done at Little Home on The Road. Custom Casita Mattress bought at MD Mattress (it is extremely comfortable). There are a considerable amount of non-casita accessories and add-ons which are up for the taking. I will not list everything but some examples are a 300 watt suitcase solar panel, leveling blocks, hoses, and side shade for awning. The price does reflect the addition of the items, they would simply be included at no charge if you were to purchase the trailer.
