2022 Casita Heritage Deluxe and basically new. We only took it on one trip to Park City, other than bringing it home from TX. 

Why I m looking at selling:

We have 4 kids, so our grand plan was to pair the Casita with a camper van, but in the year we waited for delivery, it turned out we couldn t afford both, and we can t easily fit my whole family in just the Casita.

I have an exhaustive set of pictures in Google Drive taken on 4/24/2023 that I don t want to post publicly but will share on email. Fair warning, I am not a great photographer, and I noticed too late that I didn't frame many pictures well. My intent was to show the like-new condition though, and I think the pictures do that.
