We are sadly selling our 2021 Casita Spirit Deluxe. We love it and it’s wonderful but our family is just too big to comfortably fit in it. We were originally on a waitlist for the Heritage bunk model but we’re able to get this one sooner. We have only taken it on 4 trips total (all local.)

Additional information for buyers to know is that when the trailer was 2 months old and parked in our driveway a car hit the drivers side wheel. We had to have the wheel, tire and axle replaced in addition to minor cosmetic damage to the fiberglass in that spot. All done at a reputable RV place here and all done with parts directly from Casita. We have documentation that can be viewed for all of this. The trailer has been used 3 times since the accident and everything is in working order. Additionally we had a full walk through with the RV place in May after getting it back. So everything has been tested and checked and used. We want to be really transparent about this for buyers and answer any questions. The only other small issues (that can be viewed in photos) are a small tear in the large table cushion and the bracket for the shower hang broke off.

With that said this Casita was delivered to us brand new in September of 2021. It has been covered when not in use. It was just recently washed and waxed. We love it but we are looking to buy a larger trailer for our family. Additional photo shows the extras we added on through Casita. Thank you.
