I am selling a 2018 Scamp 13ft with bath in excellent condition located in central Indiana. Asking $17,300. It is equipped with A/C, a Maxfan, Furnace, Fiamma awning (see pics), dual propane tanks, new AGM battery, and a 60W solar panel. It comes with a fresh water tank with clean out and electric pump, 6 gallon propane/electric water heater, 3 way fridge (propane, 120V, 12V), dual burner stove, louvered windows (see pics) upper storage cabinets left and right, and extra led lighting and outlets. We added a table feature that allows you to leave half the bed in place and set up a small table (see pics). The bath has a shower, but no sink. We removed the flush toilet in favor of a "porta-potty." The hook ups were preserved if someone wanted to replace it. Tires were new 2 years ago, electric brakes replaced last year. Comes with winter cover, rear stabilizer jacks, and an electric tongue jack.
