Garage-kept. Only used once by original owner. We became the second owners in September of 2020 and used it for five camping weekends. It is in great condition. Everything is in the original factory configuration.

Layout 1 - Standard. Front bench that turns into bunks. Standard-size rear table/bed. We have a custom-trimmed memory foam mattress for this in addition to the factory cushions.

Propane tank. Factory Suburban furnace.

Maxxfan Deluxe with remote.

Dometic RM2193 Refrigerator – runs on battery, shore power, propane.

Plisse screen door. The original owner bumped it and put a small bend in the pleats. It still works great, but we have the replacement screen from Plisse, not yet installed, which we will include.

Has A/C installed by the factory in the bottom half of the closet by the door. This is nice because the Maxxfan on the roof is so great for most purposes, and fits under the garage door.

Hitch receiver mounted to frame and rear bumper.

Camper cover. We didn’t use the cover since we used our garage. The original owner used the cover.

New battery this summer.
