In great condition. Battery has always been maintained. Axle bearings have been repacked every year. Trailer is usually under cover for storage. Fiberglass and exterior plastic fixtures have been waxed and treated every year. Any powder coat chips in frame regularly treated with rust remover and repainted. Trailer has always been properly winterized and water heater anode rod replaced each year. AC will start and run on 1x 2200Watt inverter generator if jetted properly for altitude. The entire trailer can run indefinitely on DC from solar system (AC and microwave can’t run on solar). Has the thermostat controlled Maxxair.
This trailer is not your standard factory Casita. Below I have listed the upgrades to this trailer, both those from the factory and 3rd party. Following that is a list of known repairs or small issues to be aware of.
A Yamaha 2000 Watt Inverter Generator converted to run off gasoline, propane, or natural gas can be included at an additional cost. It can be run for a long time off the propane tanks. Front rack is configured to mount it in a secure and theft-proof fashion.
Upgrades:

300 Watts of solar power integrated. 200W on tilting roof panels, 100 W in portable suitcase panel.
MPPT Solar Charge Controller. 30A 12/24V, 75V max input with temperature compensation.
Smart AC charge controller for Battery. Bluetooth enabled.
Bluetooth battery monitor
Front tongue rack for generator, fuel, or extra equipment.
Rear hitch receiver connected to frame
Larger 25 gallon water tank
High clearance cargo basket to fit rear hitch.
Easily maintained plasti dip shielding on front to protect from rock chips.
Cabinets and interior wood painted white and clear coat sealed.
Easily maintained vinyl flooring (dark hardwood look). Comes with extra carton of matching flooring for any repairs.
Bamboo shower matte and dust catching floor mat for entrance.
Battery lights and additional shelving added throughout trailer.
Waterproof propane tank cover.
Bedding covers/sheets, accent pillows, and memory foam topper for rear bed included.
Known Issues:
Refrigerator currently not cooling. Could be a $200 recharge and repair, or $1700 replacement. Price of trailer has been discounted by $2,000 to accommodate worst case scenario.
Microwave loose in mounting. Microwave still works, but we never use it.
Some cabinet latches keep opening. The factory latches from Casita are notorious for this. There are replacements to solve this. That would have been my next project.
Charging of battery on AC shore or generator power was erratic. This is also a known issue with the Casita charge controller. This was completely fixed by installing the above mentioned Smart AC charge controller, which works way better than the built in charge controller anyways.
The awning shown in some photos has been removed and the fiberglass sealed. It would be easy enough to mount another. We just didn't like it.
