Side dinette/single bed on the side. Working Dometic fridge, A/C, ceiling fan and heater. Water heater works great. Runs on either propane or electricity. Contains small sink and two-burner stove. Lots of storage for only being 16' long. Comes with a custom cover-up and assorted new spare parts. Light over the sink, two lights over the side table, reading lights over the back dinette/bed area. Has a cabinet for a microwave and/or coffee maker with two three-prong outlets. Body is one-piece fiberglass so it will never rust and it's light-weight. 1800 lbs. dry weight. I pull it easily with my 2017 Subaru Outback. Owner has a Texas title and insurance.
