Posting our Casita has been heartbreaking for the entire family, but we have outgrown her as the children have grown.  We are the second owner, and have loved her dearly.  If we were to keep her, our next projects would be to re-seal the windows and replace the towing cable (currently works, but repaired roadside after being severed on a trip).  Price listed reflects the updates/repairs needed.
