This trailer is in great shape. It is always stored in a car port.  We bought it new with all of the standard features plus the following factory options:  gas furnace, outdoor awning, outside shower, 25 gallon fresh water upgrade, LED lighting, TV and cable ready, and high lift suspension with 15" tires.    

It also has an upgraded 2 step entry, additional shelving, and a dual battery set up with battery disconnect switching.
