The twin beds are 5” longer and 2” narrower than a standard twin mattress. The dinette seats have slipcovers so the original fabric is clean. The mattresses have always had gel toppers so the fabric has been protected. The original bedspreads have never been used. The cabinets and drawers have plastic shelf liners. Two sets of fitted Zip Sheets, one 12v mattress heater, gel mattress toppers and the slip covers for the dinette seats are included. Non-smokers. We have always had good dogs traveling with us.
