We are considering ordering a new Casita and want to sell ours first. The Casita is in fantastic condition. We are the second owners as we upgraded from a 2001. I cannot remember which year it is, but they really made some good improvements in 2015 or so. We have the furnace, electric tongue jack, sway bar thing, pre-wire for solar, tv/antennae package (works great and a must have in my opinion), aluminum Fiama awning, gas/electric fridge with freezer, electric or gas water heater, microwave, AC, new tire cover, new CO2 detector, replaced MaxFan control panel, and a newer upgraded battery. Please no lowballs, no scammers. I have this listed on several sites. It's sometimes in Sacramento, but mostly in Redding. I have it crosslisted due to this back and forth. We really love it and have had a lot of fun. It's maybe about 2,750 pounds, but I'll let you do that research. It is easy to tow and can fit in a lot of smaller spaces. Scamps and Casitas have a big following. We have a relative coming out from Texas and they could bring a Casita to us, but we haven't ordered it yet so we will patiently wait until the spring to sell it.
