Heavily sought after and hard to find 13’ 2017 (the last year they stopped making them) Casita Patriot Camp Trailer. Amazing condition. Everything works and then some! Great customizations to make this little unit an off grid beast. Added 2 deep cycle (1 year old) 6v batteries in parallel to make a 12v system. 240ah!! Solar plugs with solar charger and a battery monitor. Plug your solar panels in and you’ll have power for days-weeks-however long you want to be off grid. Brand new tires in July.

Fully liveable inside with a bed that converts to a table, kitchen sink, two burner gas stove, heater with thermostat, remote controlled air conditioner (mounted inside so no bulky box on top of trailer) auto remote controlled vent fan, hot water heater (gas or electric) three way refrigerator, “wet” bath with shower, toilet and it’s own sink. Decent amount of storage.

Dual 20lb (BBQ sized) propane tanks. Can be towed with a small SUV with a towing capacity of 5000lbs. Trailer is 1800 lbs dry. Newer LED light bulbs in all lights in and around trailer to minimize power consumption. Vinyl flooring installed a year ago. Separate fresh water tank, Grey tank and black tank. No leaks on the roof, everything works.

This sat in a garage for most of its life by the original owner until I bought it. It’s been gently loved, upgraded and taken care of. I don’t really want to get rid of it but life happens. People do not sell these trailers once they have them and Casita does not make this little guy anymore. If you find one for sale it won’t be in this good of condition. Price is firm.
