Original owners. 13' Scamp travel trailer with factory installed Dometic roof top air conditioner, propane furnace, 3 way Dometic refrigerator,2 burner stove, sink, electric brakes, TV, factory installed "Fantastic" roof top electric fan that runs on 12 volts screen door. Bed converts to a table and the couch converts to 2 bunk beds. We have always slept in sleeping bags so couch and bed are like new. I am about 5'11" and can easily stand up inside. Tires and battery are new. Recently inspected. No leaks. Includes new cover for the camper. Only weighs about 1300 lbs so it is easily towed by many vehicles. Excellent condition.
