This 2016 HC1 has only been used locally in California, with very few camping trips. It was converted into an office during the week and can easily be converted to a camper for your camping adventure.

This HC1 includes:
- 9 cubes with custom Sunbrella fabric covers
- 1 table
-6 floor panels
- A new AC, battery, and solar panel installed in 2022 along with a complete inspection done at HC HQ
-a custom floor if you choose to use it as an office
-Back hatch and side window screens
-A wheel lock
