2016 13’ Casita Patriot Deluxe   $16,500

This pristine 13’ Patriot Deluxe was purchased new on September 16, 2016.  This trailer has only been used (3) times.  It has been stored indoors since new and has been outside for less than 15 days since it was picked up in Tyler, TX.   Casita has stopped making the 13’ Patriot and they are very difficult to find especially in this condition.  The trailer has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with sink and shower, closet with custom shelving, two-way ceiling fan, vinyl hardwood flooring and air conditioning.  The trailer runs on electric, gas and battery.   The exterior, interior and underside are all in like new condition.  This trailer has the following upgrades:
