Trailer is in great condition. Everything in it works properly. It has a wet bath, with toilet, sink, shower, storage, window & vent with fan. Kitchen has sink, 3 burner propane stove, 3 way refrigerator with freezer compartment, & toaster oven (compartment could be used for microwave instead).

It has upgraded larger 25gal fresh water tank, upgraded high lift suspension package. We put a new air conditioner in last year which hasn’t been used yet. There’s a thermostat controlled propane heater, & the air conditioner also has an electric heater element. 6 gal water heater with winterizer bypass valve. Sleeping configurations are 2 twin beds, or drop the table down for a double/queen size, or add additional panel to make king bed. It has a tv with outside cable connection. There are 2 propane tanks with an automatic switch to 2nd tank when 1st tank is empty. We’re the original owners.
