2014 Casita 16’ Spirit Deluxe for sale. This unit is in very good condition. I bought it last spring and have used it twice. Because this is the 16’ version, the air conditioning unit is mounted inside, instead of on the roof. Personally, I prefer this as it makes room for the roof-top solar panel and can be parked in a garage with an 8’ overhead door.

A professional technician just tuned it up and cleaned the refrigerator components and water heater. Everything works great. The trailer rides great - tires barely get warm. When not used, this unit has been kept in a pole barn.
