Kitchen: 2 Burner Propane Stove, extended 4 cubic ft. Refrigerator and freezer. Kitchen Sink has hot and cold valves, cutting board that fits in the sink as a lid and cabinets over and under sink. Plenty of storage inside with rear overhead cabinets, bottom cabinets, under couch storage, silverware drawer. There is room above the fridge for a microwave hookup, or works great for a large storage area.

Bathroom: Wet bath with showerhead, toilet. Pump on the floor to suck the shower water away.

Beds: Table converts to double/full sized camper bed. Couch converts to bed, and optional bunk bed up top. We have all the extras to make the bunk work.

Inside features: full folding screen door that snaps closed out of the way when not in use. Rear overhead cabinets for storage. We replaced the old carpet flooring and put upgraded laminate wood floor in; great to sweep and mop. Propane heater that works great and warms up the entire room. For the hot summer days there is a two way fan that can either blow air in, or suck air out. Fan is above the table/bed and works very well on hot days. 2 sets of keys included.

Outside features: Spare tire & cover included, mounted rear jacks can assemble in 30 seconds. This Scamp has electric brakes and a 2” receiver. Two gas tanks (just filled!) and LED exterior lights. Includes full hookups for city water and grey water tank. 12 Volt Water Pump, Propane Water Heater, battery included.
