I am selling my 2013 barely used
Freedom Casita for $18,500

I was in the midst of changing out the area where the captains chairs were located to bench seats when the contractor who was renovating my house, took all my money and left. Because of this, I can no longer retire now to travel in my Casita. My house is now my focus and the minimal renovation necessary on the Casita is just this area. It is a clean slate to put in a futon, bench seats or chairs and the electrical box is accessible if you are looking to add solar.
The cabinet doors have been sanded and painted and all hardware replaced. There is brand new flooring in the dining area and waterproof cork flooring on the main floor.
Please note that I do not have to sell the trailer. If I cannot get what I paid for it, which was $18,500, then I will wait until I am finished with the house to complete it.
This Casita only weighs 2200 pounds and can be pulled by small vehicles
