2013 Casita Spirit Deluxe. 16 feet total length. Well cared for and in excellent condition. Stored indoors during the winter months with a warm air circulator inside the RV to avoid any moisture issues. No mouse, insects, leaks, or dry rot problems of any kind. This cozy RV has been a fun adventure rig for myself and has treated me very well for the past few years. Easy towing at only 2,100 lbs.

Only issue I have encountered so far with this rig is the fridge not always getting to a desirable temperature. This has not been a major problem for myself as I use a cooler whenever I travel.
