SOLD - 2012 Casita 17ft Spirit Deluxe - $22,000 - Pendleton, OR

My 17 ft. Casita Spirit Deluxe, 2012, is for sale. I bought it last year but never got a chance to use it. It is practically brand new and looks it. Photos from my seller are below. I had one fully reversible modification made by Drake’s RV in Pendleton. We removed the small dinette set to make more floor room for my dogs’ beds. Drake’s RV did a great job of custom made coverings for the exposed wiring. It can be reversed and the custom pieces preserved to reverse it again if needed. Photos are below.

Other additions include anti-sway bar, ZAMP portable solar panels, and a mattress custom made for Casitas. On October 12, I have an appointment to take the Casita to Drake’s RV. They will test everything and put the dinette set back in. If you really want to buy it and you prefer not to have the dinette set put back, just let me know. Also, an appointment on October 14 for a pre-sale cleaning. The asking price is $22,000. Thank you.

My Seller’s Description: “We bought this 17 ft Casita Spirit Deluxe earlier this year knowing It would be a short term purchase. We sold our big box trailer in March and ordered a new fifth wheel. Due to COVID, the scheduled build date of our new fifth wheel was very delayed. Our new FW is now in production and will be completed in the next couple of weeks, so now this little gem needs a new home.We purchased this Casita from the couple that ordered it new. They, like us, were non smokers and they had no pets. He told us that the only took it out 3 times since purchasing it new. The fantastic condition of this trailer certainly lends credibility to that claim. They kept it covered when it was not being used. When we went to look at it, he had the cover pulled back only far enough to access the door. We had to convince him to completely remove the cover so we could see the whole trailer. To say that they were fussy would be an understatement. He had the wheel bearings professionally repacked last fall. He said that the miles did not justify having it done but did it anyway.
Equipment: 25 gallon fresh water tank, high rise axle with 15 wheels, 3 way refrigerator, 12 volt ceiling fan vent, air conditioner with 110v heat strip. I am probably missing something. Please look at the pictures carefully for more description. Everything is in perfect working order including all of the electrical components, appliances, fresh water and waste water systems. We recently sanitized the fresh water system. It is currently drained but will be full and ready to go for inspection for prospective buyers.
We replaced the original tires, including the spare tire within the last few weeks. The old tires looked great but I never run old tires. We replaced them with the same GoodYear Marathon ST 225/75R15, load range D tires that the factory equipped it with.”
