Wonderful camper for two people and they sell quickly. This is a 2011, 17 foot Casita Spirit Deluxe, 2500 lbs dry weight, easy to tow. Body is two piece marine grade fiberglass (recently waxed) very easy to maintain. Trailer is clean and ready to go. Includes the following features:

LED lights, swing up jack replaced the factory fixed wheel jack (original jack is included), high lift axle, Goodyear Marathon ST225/75R15 tires load D rated, electric brakes, Curt Mfg. sway control (you will need to supply a hitch with a 2" ball and add-on section for the sway ball, a picture of what you need is shown).

2 burner propane cooktop, power range hood with light, toilet and shower, furnas, AC with heat strip, 6 gal. hot water tank (propane or electric), 3-way 4.0 cu. ft. fridge with freezer, 4 inch cushions, 6 inch gel memory foam mattress new 1/2019 (used on one trip), new plastic mini-blinds, two rear stabilizer jacks, two 20 lb. propane bottles with auto changeover regulator, marine starting battery replaced 8/2017, power vent in bath and main compartment, roll out awning. Sleeping area is 52" x 74".

We have never used the toilet or shower and all systems are in good working order. 8'-11" overall height, 6'-1.5" interior height, 6'-8" width overall.
