2010 Casita Spirit Deluxe, 17 ft

It’s time to sell my dad’s Casita. I will be showing it on SUNDAY, JUNE 20 - sorry, I can’t show it earlier. See lots of photos attached.

My dad passed away last year, hence the sale. My father was the second owner (purchased in 2015), and he stored it in a large garage and only used it 4 times in the 5 years he owned it. (In 2016, he bought me a Casita and I can say it is a GREAT trailer! Though the sink on this model is better than mine - more room to actually shower.)

It is 2,500 lbs, so it doesn’t need a monster truck to tow it.  In addition to the standard features (refrigerator, toilet/sink, etc.), it has the following additional features professionally installed by Casita:

I have the title, and the registration is up-to-date (through 12/21). I also have the original materials. In 2015, my dad also had the bearings greased, axle bearings replaced, and some other things (I’ll provide that documentation as well).
