A new Casita of like amenities will probably run you roughly $28,000. I spoke to the manufacturer, and they thought this is a fair price giving Covid and their back orders until July 2021.

I'm hoping to sell to a lover of Casita Trailers who has done their research and know the value of this trailer type. The big value is its weight and size. It has both a heater and air conditioning. Should be fantastic for year-round use.
