All-fiberglass body clean with no dings. New battery, tires excellent. Electric, plumbing, gas all work fine except hot water heater works on electric only. Refrigerator works on electric, gas, battery. Microwave, two-burner stove, gas heater, roof-mounted air conditioner/heater, black and gray water tank valves all work fine. Closet for hanging clothes. Cabinetry, table unblemished. LED lights. Back dinette converted to queen bed with custom-fitted mattress. Middle dinette converts to twin bed. Minor wear on cushions. Four sliding windows with screens and blinds. Hitch with sway bar and two propane tanks included. Owner's manual with CD. Fantastic fan knob came out and freezer door flap doesn't stay closed on its own. No other problems with it. Last used for traveling in 2017 and has been on seasonal site since and therefore needs inspection. Extras include cover, surge guard, 50A male to 30A female adapter, door pull bar, others.
