CASITA - 17' (Exterior measurement) - Good Condition
Located in Jacksonville, Alabama (about midway between Atlanta and Birmingham)

-Kitchen with propane stove, propane fueled heater, refrigerator and microwave - all in working condition. (I never used hot water heater, but I expect that it works.)
- Can also easily heat the unit safely with multiple small space heaters.

I personally lived in this Casita full time for more than 2 years. It served my needs quite well. Selling it now due to health issues that necessitated my making new living arrangements. This is the Gray/Silver interior version with some wood grain. Kitchen table can be converted to form a single bed along with the existing seating.
-High Lift Axle in excellent condition.
This camper is very easy to maneuver and easy to tow. The logo on the side is removable. It was added by the previous owner.
