Casita Travel Trailer 17' Spirit Deluxe

I am the second owner of this Casita travel trailer. Its in great condition and I'm sad to see it go but I have different camping needs now.
Here are some of the great features of the trailer:

Kitchen with 2 burner stove and sink, marine bathroom with shower over toilet including dri-dek flooring, double bed which is also a four person dinette, additional 2 person dinette that can be used as sleeping space for a third person, 6 gallon gas fired hot water heater, gas furnace that is great for chilly nights, 15" wheels (standard is 14"), electric brakes, sway bar, battery quick disconnect, 2 x gas tanks, LED interior light bulbs throughout, gas/battery/AC 4.0 cu ft fridge, cable television ready, 25 gallon fresh water tank, 32 gallon grey water tank, 15 gallon black water tank, reinforced rear bumper with 2" hitch receiver for bike racks or storage trays.

The trailer stays really cool in the summer because of insulation and fiberglass construction.
There is a roof air conditioning/heating unit but it is not functioning. I've never used it in 7 years and I'm not willing to replace it. This is an As-Is problem.

There is no awning or solar panels but I have used a mobile 100W solar panel for the last couple of years which is easy to attach directly to the battery. I can point you in the direction of where to purchase one for $150.
All other systems in the trailer are working perfectly.
