The Spirit model has two separate sleeping areas that convert into dinette tables. We usually leave the rear dinette permanently in the double bed position and use the side dinette for eating.

This trailer is extremely easy to tow with a dry weight of 2185 lbs and an approximate hitch weight of 215 lbs. It has new brakes (4 years old), and a new battery. We tow with a 4 liter SUV equipped with a Class III hitch.
