This is the “baby Casita”, the “Patriot”, tow length only 13’ from hitch ball to rear bumper (10’ cabin), perfect to get into snug sites where others can’t go. Amenities include: toilet, shower & sink; 4-burner stove and kitchen sink; mini refrigerator; dining table converts to bed; hot water heater; space heater; AC (which I’ve never used).
She hasn’t been out camping for about 5 years and I realize she needs a new owner who will take her traveling. Sorry to let her go. She’s in pretty good shape, but needs a little TLC from a new owner. (I’m 2nd owner; I bought used in 2010). $6,000.
