Regretfully selling our 2005 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17'. Our family has outgrown the size of the trailer and its just a bit to small for our comfort levels. This trailer is in near new condition and still shines like the day it was made. Always properly stored in the winters and extremely well cared for. All features of the trailer work properly, are in great shape and have no issues.

We purchased our Casita from the original owners who cared for the trailer the same as we did. No issues and again, trailer is in nearly new condition! We will truely regret selling this as we will not find another in similar condtion.
