Currently vacationing in CO but will be heading home to TX soon.  Willing to sell in CO and save you the trip to TX.  After much thought we decided that our years of RVing are coming to an end.  We will be home in Plano TX soon with tlr unless we sell it here.

This solid trl has many added improvements beyond the original package.  Photo of build sheet is included below.  

IMPROVEMENTS:

4 extra heavy duty springs installed 2 years ago.

2 large 6 volt batteries installed a year ago.

Battery monitor system, AiLi brand, installed a year ago.

New power converter installed 1-2 years ago.

Electric management system, Progressive Industry, installed 4 years ago.

Dometic refrigerator/freezer replaced 7 years ago.

All interior lights changed to LED.

Easy start added to AC to allow a 1000 watt generator to power it.

Dinette leather upholstery is flawless, and dinette table is Corian, both upgrades.

Waste tank output is modified for easier use.

New luxury vinyl floor planks.

Tires are 4 years old.

Equal-i-zer sway control hitch.

Wheel bearings are 2 years old.

Slide out storage under each dinette seat has been added.

Water heater modified to run on 110 volt as well as gas.  It is not 12 volt.

Roof has never leaked.

Available to purchase with sale of trailer:  Honda 1000 generator, 4 panel solar kit, TV and DVD player.

OTHER:  This is 17 years old but it has been well cared for.  The original exterior decals show age.  The exterior is not clean right now as we are on vacation and has road dirt.  The fiberglass is in excellent condition.  The awning has sun damage but is totally functional.  30 pound propane tanks should probably be replaced.
