SOLD - 2005 BIGFOOT 25 RQ Trailer- $18,100 - Colorado Springs, CO

FIRST – please read the entire ad. This trailer is being sold on behalf of an estate. A CLEAN and CLEAR COLORADO TITLE will be delivered upon completion of purchase/sale. First, you will see the last picture listing the NADA/J.D. POWER valuation – without any add ons – that AVERAGE RETAIL is $26,650 and LOW RETAIL is $22,100. We are pricing this trailer at $18,100 due to the following repairs that are needed, as were discovered upon inspection by a mobile rv service. These issues and repairs are: 1.) Hot water heater needs to be replaced due to freeze damage. 2.) Water shut off valve behind toilet needs to be replaced 3.) Pea trap under kitchen sink needs to be replaced. 4.) Roof vent needs to be replaced. 5.) Awning needs to be replaced. 6.) Coach battery needs to be replaced. 7.) Water damage under one rear window. Beyond these repairs, the other items within the trailer appear to operate just fine – furnace, air conditioner, etc. These repairs are estimated to total approximately $3,000. We are adding an additional $1,000 to that number to “pad” any additional unforeseen issues. We have subtracted a total of $4,000 from the LOW RETAIL valuation to reach our price. IF you are familiar with the various levels of RV/Camp/Travel Trailers, you will know that BIGFOOT is in the top tier as to their quality, longevity, and their ability to handle various elements of weather, especially the frigid cold. This BIGFOOT is a desirable floorplan with the rear bedroom and walk around queen bed. These trailers are rare and hard to find used, and are VERY expensive new, with prices starting at $72K and up, depending on where you can find them. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is aware of the unique quality and value of BIGFOOT trailers and possesses the skill and patience to restore this trailer. At that point, one could keep a really nice trailer at a real good investment or “flip it” for a profit down the road. If you have an interest in seeing this trailer, please contact Mike to schedule an appointment. Phone calls are preferred since text messages and emails may be deleted due to the number of scammers. PLEASE – no dealers and no low ball ridiculous offers – it’s already priced low enough. Thank you for taking a look and have a great day.
