plumbing works , Windows work , roof vent working but not the fan it's probably going to need replacement also 3 way refrigerator not working may need replacement.we had a 4 point jack which makes it super easy to setup with a cordless drill .
What it needs....
1. Battery
2. 3way refrigerator circuit board needs replacement upgrade to a new one.
3. Fan for the roof vent.
4. Fan for the bathroom vent needs replaced too.
5.two new propane tanks.

We're letting it go for cash $15000.
