2005 Casita Spirit Deluxe
This is a clean, unmodified example of the 17’ SD model. It has the factory high lift axle and large fresh water tank (25 gallons). We’ve owned it for about 15 years, and have used it very sparingly, probably 30 nights in that time.
All systems and components are functional: lighting, water pump, water heater, toilet, 3 way fridge, indoor and outdoor showers, AC, Fantastic fan… everything works.
The gel coat is in good shape. It’s been stored under high shade sails outside, so not in direct sun, but not inside.
The interior likewise looks great. I’d rate both interior and exterior at 9 on a 10 scale.
The brakes were serviced and the bearings replaced within the last 1000 miles.
The tires (including spare) have lots of tread, and I pull it around the block occasionally to prevent flat spots (not sure if that’s myth or not, but I do it).
It comes with the following stuff: leveling blocks, wheel chocks, fresh water hose and pressure regulator, unused in-line water filter, grease gun for wheel bearings, one of those whirlybird gig hose wands for rinsing black water tank, and probably a couple other things I’m not thinking of right now.

The price is $14,500 firm.

We have no storage costs, and will miss having it as an escape pod when we’re evacuated due to wildfires, as an extra guest room, and as a cozy afternoon reading nook (aka nap zone). Please understand this before expecting to negotiate on price.
