2005 17' SD $11750 OBO. Desired but no longer needed as children are getting older and moving to house with less parking space (though my children may disown me for selling). Recently replaced gray water outside plumbing, packed bearings. 2-3 years ago replaced Gray/Black water vents. *Does need completely new trailer brakes*. Was quoted $1600-1700 here for replacement by RV repair shop. Also has a few projects, including a couple of loose cabinet doors, the ceiling chandelier light switch plastic broke, and freezer door plastic broke in 3-way. Otherwise 3-way fridge, microwave, furnace, hot water heater and all electric and plumbing works well. Currently winterized.
