These are very well built travel trailers, we ve really enjoyed it. Now that the kids are older we are thinking of a camper so we can tow the boat...all appliances work, all new electric brakes and bearings last year. Awning needs repair and retractable step is missing, this is reflected in the price. Price is OBO
